When my
sister passed away, I found I wanted
something of her close to me that I could hold
onto and feel comforted by.
Since she was an artist and writer, I selected a couple of her drawings and writings that most reflected her personality, and made them into a pillow. Now when I want to feel close to her, I have something to hug. This has been of
great comfort as I grieve.

As friends and family began requesting pillows for themselves, I realized
that by sharing my design, I could bring comfort to others - a passion of mine, whether it be for my grandchildren, as a career
counselor, or hospice volunteer. From there, the idea grew into capturing memories of all sorts from births and anniversaries
to prom night and vacations. When you walk into a room and immediately see your special times reflected on a pillow
or wall hanging, you can't help but smile.
